How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?
Vulto’s estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 4 business days worldwide, but most countries are eligible for next-day and two-day delivery services. Please see below for more information.

How can I track my order?
Our products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.
What payment methods does Vulto accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for all countries.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Should your Vulto purchase not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days after delivery, for a full refund or an exchange. Returns are free; you do not have to pay for return shipment costs.
Go to https://vulto.store/service/#returns and fill in your order number. You can select the products that you wish to return, and indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange. After that please drop-off the product at a drop-off point. Should you ship your returns back, you can use the prepaid return label that was included in the original shipment.
After we have correctly received your returns at our warehouse, we will refund the products’ total purchase amount to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. If you chose to receive an exchange product, these will be re-shipped within 1-2 business days after we received your return.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have correctly and timely received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the products’ total purchase amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Which size should I choose?
Simply click “Size Guide” on every product page. We have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. When an item runs small or large to size, this will be identified within the ‘Fit’ tab on every product page.

After we have received your return, a refund will be issued, within 7 days, to the same account or creditcard the payment was made with.
The Netherlands: Ordered before 23:00 hrs on business days, delivered the next day. Ordered before 18:00 hrs on Sunday, delivered the next day. Free shipping.
Within the EU: Delivery within 1-4 business days. Free shipping.
Outside EU: Delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivery cost: $20.
